She has an MBA in International Business and Leadership & Management from University of La Verne, and is Six Sigma Green Belt Certified through Microsoft. In 2013, with the support of Guatemalan President Otto Pérez Molina, Gladys was one of 150 John Maxwell coaches that conducted transformational leadership training for 22,000 citizens.

She was a contributing author in The Gratitude Project: Celebrating 365 Days of Gratitude 2013 Edition by Donna Kozik and Heart of a Toastmaster by Sheryl L. Roush. Additionally, her writing has been featured in Car Wash magazine, The Muse, and Quote Wizard.

Gladys is in-tune with the importance of education of small to medium-size businesses in the need to protect their assets. She focuses on what is most important to the business owner and how she can share knowledge that will benefit that business.

As someone at age 9 whose family was significantly impacted by our nation’s complex health care system when my father was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, I am an ardent supporter of Gladys’ book. Health care can be very complicated and difficult to understand especially when you are not feeling well and are under a lot of stress. Gladys makes the process easier by sharing proactive ideas and tips to help educate us on how to get the right plan, at the right time, and the right price. As a trusted advisor, she “rides shotgun” through the process to insure optimal choices are made.

Congratulations to Gladys for her stewardship in writing this extremely valuable book. I know everyone that takes the time to read it will benefit.
